Marten inducts 69 drivers into the President’s Safe Driver Club.
The Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association has been honoring safe, professional Wisconsin based drivers since 1996. In order to be inducted into the President’s Safe Driver Club, drivers need to have 36 continuous months of employment with the same employer, no accidents or citations in their personal or company vehicle, be dispatched out of Wisconsin and drive a minimum of 10,000 miles in Wisconsin per year. This is not an easy task, and we are proud to announce Marten Transport inducted 69 of our drivers this year (honorees listed in the photo).
In addition to the President’s Safe Driver’s Club, Marten also congratulates Barry Pease for being Wisconsin Motor Carriers September Driver of the Month. Barry has been driving with Marten Transport for 20 years and has driven almost 3 million accident free miles. Barry was nominated for the President’s Safe Driver’s Club Driver of the Month because according to his fleet manager, he meets all the criteria. He provides on time service, is one of the most professional drivers out there, and continually goes above and beyond. Thank you Barry, for always lending a hand and for being one of the “Knights of the Road.” Marten appreciates your safe driving!
