Position:

Over the Road Drivers (Contractors or Company Trucks)

Summary:

Marten has opportunities for Regional, Dedicated and Over the Road drivers.

Responsibilities:

On-time pick up and delivery of goods from locations across North America. Skillful operation of Tractor and Trailer rigs.

Requirements:

Over the road driving experience. Must be at least 22 years of age. Required to pass physical and drug screen - (these take place during Orientation. Marten Transport, Ltd. covers all associated costs). Drivers must have a safe driving record, with no serious traffic violations, no patterns of irresponsible driving habits and no more than two preventable accidents in the last three years. TRAINER OPPORTUNITIES

Marten Transport has long had one of the most comprehensive and effective driver training programs in the industry. Now it’s offering even more incentive and opportunity.

 

Trainers earn an additional .04 cents per mile while students are with them on their truck. They also can earn an additional mentoring bonus of $500 (for full-term students) and $100 (for ADTs).
